Using Share Memory

Share Memory lets you create a page to share photos, songs and stories about someone you love, and lets others add to it. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give Share Memory permission to store and display it on the pages you choose, so the site can work.

Only upload photos and words you have the right to share. Please be kind: no hateful, harassing, sexual or violent content, and nothing that exposes someone’s private information.

Page creators decide what appears on their page and can remove anything at any time. We may remove content or pages that break these terms.

Pages and pricing

Your first page is free. Each additional page is a one-time purchase. Pages are meant to stay online for life; there are no subscriptions and no expiring links.

Gifts

Gift buttons link to outside services. Any money sent goes directly between people through those services. Share Memory is not part of those transactions and cannot reverse them.

Songs

Songs are references to videos on YouTube and play through YouTube’s own player under YouTube’s terms.

The fine print

Share Memory is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us.
